Maggie Ward

Co-Founder

Maggie’s path hasn't been linear. Corporate media sales, world travel, wellness spaces, coffee shops, and nonprofit leadership all came before she found her way back to community-centered work.

She spent years building something of her own before realizing the part she loved most was never the solo pursuit. It was the people and organizations she kept showing up for along the way.

That realization led her to co-found Pearl + Light, where she helps founders, nonprofits, and community-centered organizations clarify their story, strengthen their communications, and build systems that support the heart behind the work.

Now back in New England, she’s rooting for the locals and helping meaningful work become more visible, connected, and sustainable.

Lucy Luneva

Co-Founder

Lucy is a model, actress, and communications specialist based on Boston’s South Shore. Her first career was in PR for tech startups in Manhattan for 5 years.

After health issues caused her to reevaluate, she started pursuing various dreams. This took her from being a yoga trainee in the jungles of Costa Rica to the present day, where she is applying her skills to help people building meaningful and creative things while doing the same.
