Maggie Ward
Co-FounderMaggie’s path hasn’t been linear. She’s worked in ad sales at Yahoo and NBCUniversal, traveled the world, barista’d, and served as a nonprofit Executive Director.
Along the way, she realized that the part she loved most was working with people and organizations to bring meaningful ideas to life.
At Pearl + Light, that looks like helping founders and teams share their story and build systems that support the heart behind their work. She's also an ICF-certified executive coach, which comes in handy when the hardest part is figuring out where to start.
Usually found: teaching yoga, planning the next trip, or drinking one coffee too many.
Lucy Luneva
Co-FounderLucy brings together communications experience and a distinctly creative perspective. She began her career in Manhattan, spending five years in public relations for technology startups and helping emerging companies tell their stories.
After a period of health challenges prompted her to reevaluate her path, Lucy began pursuing work rooted in creativity, wellness, and personal expression. That journey took her from yoga training in the jungles of Costa Rica to modeling, acting, and eventually co-founding Pearl + Light.
Today, she draws on those varied experiences to help people building thoughtful, creative things communicate with greater clarity and confidence.
Lucy is based on Boston’s South Shore.
